My Journey
I started this shop after years of my own ups and downs with mental health. Here, humor meets hope—because we all deserve a little light. Thank you for joining me !
This is a poem about resilience, about sunny days after the storm , about my path.
My Journey
I broke down a hundred times, maybe more,
Lost count long before.
I broke down in every possible way,
Yet still, I showed up every day.
What to do, I do not know—
How to rise when I am low.
The pain is deep;
I just want to scream,
No matter what I do,
I can’t get away from you.
I am not afraid; I am just sad,
Trying at least to feel glad.
It doesn't work. I try again—
There’s no other way but through the pain.
They say, "You're not depressed,
All you need is just deep rest."
But what about my rage?
What shall I do? It’s like a cage,
A volcano boiling inside,
Yet I just have to be nice and hide.
Until one day, when I stop—
And finally come back to the top.
I see myself for who I am;
The reflection shows what I can.
At last, I love and accept
Myself, in every aspect.
I am feeling whole again,
For the first time, free from pain.
I broke down a hundred times, but now I am reborn.
With courage in my heart, I rise each morn.
I will hold fast to hope, come what may,
And embrace the light of a brand new day
